Shipping & Returns

Processing Time Unlike Amazon, all books purchased from this site are hand-signed and packed by the author. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Pre-Orders If you ordered the "Signed Launch Bundle," shipping begins on January 2nd. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.

Carriers We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Once the package leaves our hands, it typically takes 2–5 days to arrive within the US.

Returns & Exchanges Due to the personalized nature of signed books, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items If your book arrives damaged (crushed corner, ripped pages), please email AuthorJean@jeanisabella.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will make it right.
