Processing Time

All books ordered through this website are hand-signed and packed by the author. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS depending on the shipping method that best fits your order. Once your package leaves our hands, delivery times may vary based on carrier processing and transit times.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders $25+ prior to taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of signed books, specialty items, and bundle products, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email authorjean@jeanisabella.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help make it right.
